Rescheduling Policy:
Each session may be rescheduled once only, and only in the case of an emergency.

Notification Requirement:
If an emergency arises, you must notify Jordan as soon as possible to request a reschedule.

Non-Refundable Policy:
Sessions are non-refundable. If you miss your rescheduled session or request a second change, you will need to book and pay for a new session.

30-Day Expiration:
All flash sale sessions must be used within 45 days of purchase. Any unused session will expire after 45 days.
